WHAT WE DO

Brand Strategy

The landscape of the food and beverage industry is vast and ever changing. We have the knowledge and experience to identify and define what will make you stand out in a crowded industry. From conception to execution, we strategically develop your brand story and identify what sets you apart from the rest.

We work with you to design a press kit that includes company history, fact sheet, press releases, bios, and photos to capture all the media worthy elements. All marketing collateral is designed and used consistently throughout all your materials to clearly define who you are and share your brand message.

This is important, you want to be remembered.

Media Relations

We know media. We have years of food and beverage experience and strong relationships with key media contacts across all media platforms including print, online and broadcast. This gives us a deep understanding of their audiences and what they want and need to make a story come to life. We don’t just send out a mass press release and call it a day. We thoughtfully craft each pitch to be relevant to each media outlet and create a story that stands out so producers and reporters want to cover your story. Your story is worth telling and we know how to tell it to create a buzz that lands you successful coverage.

Strategy Factory also takes the time to work with and train our clients on how to interact with media by developing key messages and talking points to ensure each interview goes smoothly.

Special Events

We promote and create events that grab attention and gets your company/brand media attention and coverage. We can promote an event you have coming up or create a timely one that will build awareness to get you noticed within the community.

Social Media Strategy and Management

Your online presence is important and we get that. We come up with a plan to keep your brand alive and give it a voice to keep the conversation going. We do everything from content development, editorial calendars, influencer outreach and daily monitoring and engagement on all your social channels.

Advertising

Our out-of-the-box creative thinking can bring your paid media to another level. Not only can we design your next advertising piece, but we will review proposals and negotiate on your behalf. We only place ads where it makes the most sense and meet your audience where they are. Our goal is to drive business back to you and measure the return on investment. This stretches across print, social and direct mail pieces. We know the community and exactly where to leverage these opportunities.

Our Work

relish provides local social media food ambassadors the opportunity to dine at restaurants at their convenience, as real guests, to generate original content while promoting participating restaurants on an on-going basis.

Unlike events, images are varied based on the ambassador’s preference and spread throughout the month, providing more visibility and greater impact.

Participating restaurants are billed based on the number of ambassador visits per month. Restaurant ambassadors receive a per diem to pay for their meal, which provides authentic and compelling content.

We take care of the rest!

If you’d like to participate in relish as a restaurant or local restaurant ambassador, please use the contact form provided and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you and happy eating!
